We Are Fit is looking for an engaged, results-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to own the development and execution of our influencer marketing strategy. You will play a key role in building brand awareness, driving sales and engaging our audience through partnerships with relevant influencers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy in line with We Are Fit's overall marketing goals.
- Identify, recruit and build relationships with relevant influencers across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with influencers.
- Develop creative, engaging campaigns in collaboration with influencers.
- Monitor and analyze campaign results, and adjust the strategy as needed.
- Stay up to date on the latest trends in influencer marketing and social media.
- Budget responsibility for influencer marketing activities.
- Work closely with other departments in the company, such as marketing, sales and product development.
Qualifications:
- Relevant education in marketing, communications or similar.
- Proven experience with influencer marketing, preferably from the fitness industry or similar industries.
- Strong understanding of social media and digital platforms.
- A good network in the influencer space is an advantage.
- Analytical and results-oriented, able to measure and report on campaign results.
- Creative and full of ideas, with the ability to develop engaging content.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
