With Helthjem, your parcel is normally shipped within 24 hours of ordering, on all business days. Ownership and risk of the goods pass from We Are Fit to you as the customer once you have received the goods from the carrier. If you have consented to the carrier delivering the goods outside your door, you have received the goods when they are delivered outside your door and this is confirmed on the carrier's tracking page. After receipt, you bear the risk if the parcel is stolen.

Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation. It will also include a tracking link so you can follow the parcel on its way to you.

Normal delivery time with Helthjem is about 2-5 business days after the parcel has left our warehouse, depending somewhat on your home address. Delivery times are only estimates and may take longer than normal during peak season (e.g. Christmas, Black Week and other campaigns). If delivery is delayed by more than fifteen (15) business days after the estimated delivery time, you may cancel your order subject to written notice to us. In that case we will be responsible for the delay and refund the order amount to you. If the order has already been shipped, you must first return the product to us before such a credit can be made. The shipping cost will be stated in the order summary before you submit your order.
